A surprising number of physicists
have decided to do economics, and they certainly make a worthwhile
contribution. E.g.:
David Jones (doing or has
completed a PhD in theoretical physics).
Michael Reiss (degree in
physics and PhD in neural networks).
William Hummel (BA in physics,
Harvard).
There are certainly two others,
but I’ve lost the details.
